I know my '03 3500 Ram has headrests that make it impossible to sit back in the seat whilst wearin' a cowboy hat. Now, I ask you, what kind of pickup is that?
Girlfriend had an Audi A6 where the back seat headrests took up so much of the view out the rear-view mirror that I took them out. I use mirrors a lot, but the blind spot on the right side of that thing was bad enough just with the C-pillar, and the headrest was big enough and placed so that the rear-view was useless as a first and last check before moving to the right.
