Madison, Wi area: scrap car bodies were at $200.00/ton, now about $20.00/ton- this drive/haul in price at scrap dealer. Tow outfits that have a steady supply contract getting double for crushed/baled, that has dropped from 6 months back. Local paper printed names of 9 people known as metal thieves by local police- 1 is now in jail waiting felony trial, 3 others that were stealing cat converters in process after being found different hideouts after failing to appear after initial arrest- these are the ones I personaly slightly know and don't trust out of my sight. All have dope habits. RN

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
