I respect you Gary and everybody elses opinion on the no till HP,but I think it is being oversold.Like I said in the other post,I pulled 15 and one yr.a 20 ft.Deere drills with a 14,000 Lb.80?HP 4030 JD for around 20 Yrs..(300-500 A.a yr.) Because they were Rented or leased(Cheaper and you all ways had a new drill)I got to play with diff.makes,Deere,Krause,Great Plains and Case-Int.The only times I went with more HP and Wt.was in wet conditions.I have a couple neighbors pulling 45Ft.Deere No Till air seeders with 4640s just fine.Sorry for a long post but other then wet cond.100HP is enough,Wt.is more important then HP.
