i purchased a set of G skeleton steel wheels with cast iron tiptoe lugs, at a hefty price, after being told the wheels had "no cracks and have never been repaired" (read the first email) and "no cracks and no welds" (read the second email). after paying the freight bill, which was also quite large but cheaper than most other companies, the wheels arrived. several days later, the sandblaster stopped by to give me a quote. after telling him was a great deal i got for unrepaired and unwelded wheels, he pointed out 2 repairs/welds, one on each wheel, which had a repair to a spoke at the rim. he said he thought it would take the better part of a day to fix both before he sandblasted them, but he is not a certified welder. so i had a certified welder stop by who gave me an estimate of 4 hours per wheel, which could be more but could be less. he gets $50 per hour. the issue here is, did i get what i paid for? did i get unrepaired/unwelded wheels as described? the answer is no. wilson's will have to pay almost $500 to get these wheels back. doesn't it make smart business sense to just reduce the price of the wheels seeing they were not as they described? both harlan and gary looked these wheels over and did not see the repairs/welds. these people are in the business of selling parts. (i know it's a sideline of theirs). i would think they should know what they are selling. i'm asking that wilson's take $400 off the bill as it appears that this will be the approximate cost of the repair bill. i would like to hear from you out there, what do you think i should do here. what would you do? do i return them? or if i keep them, do i take it on the chin? or do i seek relief through small claims court? if you would rather not reply here for the world to see, please email me privately. i will post results in a few days including private email results. no private email names will be used, only your answers. only one reply will be counted.

The golden corn ripens well and early, the stoking, stacking,.... the drawing in with the tractors and trailers and a few buck rakes thrown in, and possibly a heavy horse. It would be a great day for the collies and the terrier dogs, rats and mice would be at the bottom of the stacks so the dogs, would have a busy time hunting and killing, all the corn was gathered and ricked in what we c
