Here around the Wooster Ohio area there is someone who has rasied them for many many years. Then up a little north of here there is a butcher shop that also raises them and markets the meat. Since it is a business I'll post the phone number and you can call and see what you can find out. Whitefeather Meats 330-435-6300 I don't have any first hand knowledge of how they do it.
