Ordered the 3/8 plate,3/8x2x2 angle iron and 1/2 x 3 flat bar yesterday. Recieved it today and had local machine shop shear the plate for the back and sides. Making a 78" x 21 1/2" high one so I had them bend the sheared 8' piece to 78" and now have good corners to support the sides. One question thou?? Do the cutting edges stick below the sides or at the same level. Will try to take pics and keep you all posted.
