Nice area out that way, I almost ended up on the NYS 5 points correctional facility job in at the Seneca Falls Army Depot in '99, we did the first one in Malone, NY, but the state chose a competitor for that one, even though the first one, (they are almost identical) was very successful for us, completed 1 month ahead of schedule and within the state budget.
Yeah winters here can be tough, though for a lot of recent years some have been real mild, sure does vary quite a bit though.
I'm actually abot 10 miles north and a bit east of Albany, just outside of Troy, in a town that was all farms at one time, rolling hills, pretty good soils and fields, been 3 years since I've been out your way. Seems to be a lot of older ford tractors and implements in Ohio, always see things in the ads out your way trying to lure me into a trip.
