Most of the work that I have is hot and hard Bucking hay or building fence or other farm work. I pay $7.50 if they are poor worker and never call again and $10.00 if good workers. My best workers I have trouble keeping them out of jail. Seems funny but these jail birds will work real hard for less money. Walt
