I don't think he needs the F The ford 1000 tractor was made by ford from 1972-79...I think...when it was replaced by the 1100. It was the first of the Ford Compact tractors made by shibarau in Japan and imported by Ford. It is listed as 23 hp at the PTO. I have the slightly later 1500 and have been happy with it so far.
