Hello Skybow. Make sure the electrolite level is O.K. Check the battery voltage of each battery at the battery posts. This voltage should be the same at the battery clamps. Do you see a pattern? Check all the voltages one cable at the time, from the battery/s to the starter. In a 12V system the battery voltage should not drop below 9.6 volts at the started lug while the engine is crancking. At 24v it should 18.2V. If it is a 24V. system you can check individual batteres voltages while the engine is crancking and are under load. You may have a weak one. The week battery will draw the other battery voltage down and make the engine slow to cranck. Also make sure your cold satrting aids/block and oil pan heaters, are drawing current. Check the temperature of the block and oil pan to make sure as well. Is the starter motor in good working order? Is the engine getting tight? There are many variances i just listed a few. Good Luck..................Guido.
