My F-150 with an in-line six wants to cut out (starts missing and then lose all elect.)when I start hitting snow drifts. Today it left me sitting in a driveway while hauling mail and after about 10 minutes elect came back but battery was dead enough the starter only clicked. Recieved a jump and once I got out of the snow it ran fine again. The sparkplugs, wires, dist. cap, battery, post terminals, are all new. The alternator is going to be changed out this afternoon. Other than what I've done, what could be causing this? I bought this truck because the engine is one of Fords best, but am starting to have second thoughts. TIA
