Ray: I think the engine might be from or the same as the engine from a Morris Minor because it was only 919 cc according to the book I have. If they numbered consecutively,a serial number of 26 would make me conclude it's a 1950 model because that's the year they started and I would hope they built more than 26 in a year. I would imagine there are fellows in Britain who would know where to get decals,paint etc. They were built by Brockhouse Engineering of Southport, Lancashire from 1950 to 55 and then they tried again in1957 with a 2 cylinder Petter diesel but that went nowhere.
