You can buy a truck, use the truck and take it home with you, why would you want to carry a certificate of ownership around, ONLY because you know if you don't -- you will pay a fine for being dumb.
Same thing with any thing else you own, if you can't prove ownership when the time comes to show ownership, then that's called Dumb, and you loose.
