2001 we got a new plant manager. Old one got promotion. With old manager we got yearly Christmas bonuses and raises. New manager no bonuses and rarely a rasie, moved plant to new building, now drive 50 miles one way instead of 30, have gone for 170 employees to 60 since he took over, and not enough work to keep everyone busy for 40 hour week. His Christmas present is he's resigning the end of the year. Biggest problem for the new manager will be to straighten everything out. There is hope.
