That tractor has a tiny Japanese engine and is rated 21 horse max. at the PTO. A five-foot brush-hog is really going to work it in high grass. My B-275 IH with a 144 cubic inch engine handles a 5 footer nicely in heavy brush, and I wouldn't want less power. Your tractor - unless something's been changed, has a 64 cubic inch motor.
There's not getting around the fact that 64 cubic inches is tiny for a farm tractor. That's about the same size as a Farmal Cub engine.
