Red, you are wrong again. The Great Depression ended in the US in 1938 following the Recession of 1937, called the Roosevelt Recession. The turning point in the US was actually 1933 and the New Deal undoubtedly delayed recovery. It did not start everywhere at the same time and did not end at the same time. Some countries, espically some severly damaged by the war, were still in recession in the 1940's, post war communist movements in countries like Grece didn't help. Some countries were so poor it didn't matter. All sorts of theories exist, but I know you dismiss the Scientific Method. So please ignore orthodox classical economic theory, the structural theory of Keynesian model, or the Marxist critique of the political economy. For you there is no proof, neither science or life evolve. Go study your bible as I am confident between it and Drudge you will figure this out. Yes I do have a degree in Economics, and in Geology.
