I was asked by a friend tonight why I haven't attended any shows to sell my exhaust parts. I do a lot of phone order business thru the shop and the majority are via credit card. When I bill these out I punch the numbers into a phone terminal and get an approval number and the payment automatically goes to my account. Probably 1 or 2% of these cards are declined. The transfer agent that handles these makes it very clean that if I complete a sale without an approval and the card turns out to be no good, ie; stolen, false etc., I'm screwed. How do you guys that frequent shows to sell, handle Card transactions? Cell phone link ups? Merry Christmas and the best of the holidays to everyone!
