Was able to get the 544D started today(was +32 deg), preheater isn't getting hot at all, gonna replace with a hotter circulating one now that I was able to get her in the heated shop area. Also need to see where I am sucking air in the hydraulics, think some one had mentioned something about hoses under the seat inside some where. That new to me (bargain) Lorenz blower I bought for the 1750D still doesn't throw the snow, BUT, comparing it to my JD, I think I am missing a access cover that is supposed to seal up the tractor side of the fan (or impeller), because there is a open circle about 60% of the size of the fan, my JD is sealed up. Maybe this (possible) missing cover is allowing to much air into the fan from the wrong side. Made a makeshift "panel" out of plywood to do a trial and see if it works. I will post pics of the issue at hand tomorrow and see what you all thing.
