For those new to the internet, typing in all-caps is hard to read & is considered pretty rude, like you are shouting at people. I see a lot of all caps again the past month, must be a round of new people. Hi & welcome. :) Please use lower case to type. For the cheap bare bones foregn tractors, I hear Belarus is pretty good once you work the bugs out. It's kinda hard to buy American these days, any tractor under 100 hp & assemblies from bigger tractors are often from foregn lands. --->Paul
