Yep, Skidder is plugged in and I'm hoping to get rolling by 10 this morning, once cattle chores are done. I live in East Central MN, and we have about knee deep snow in the woods. Another storm on the way for Saturday. Myself and parents heat with outdoor boilers, so I know what wood cutting is about. If we didn't have our Timber Jack skidder, it would be tough going with this much snow. Dad talks about when he used an RC Allis Chalmers to pull one 6-8ft piece of wood at a time out when he was growing up. Now we pull 2-4 full sized trees. He says it is much faster, and I'm not doubting him!
