Was the exhaust covered??????? If it was then there is hope if not then forget it and open it up. That said I buy about 75% of my tractors with locked up engines and I have tried just about every thing to free them up. Pull the plugs out one at a time. Blow the cylinders out then fill with tranny fluid. Be sure to put the plugs back in to keep dirt etc out. Then after a week or so take a 12 volt battery and set in it and try the starter use short fast taps on the starter button. NEVER EVER TRY TO PULL ONE to pop it loose or thing can/will brake. So far out of more then 20 locked up engines I have only had 2 or 3 that did not spin over doing what I have said to do
