Turn the winch around 180 degrees and then run it off the pto thru a chain. This will change the direction. I've had to hook up gas powered air compressors like this. The engine turned it one way and the PTO was the wrong way so I just turned the compressor around then made the PTO shaft longer and used belts on it.
I done this on compressors where the engine was bad and too expensive to replace or rebuild then told the customer of the pto option.
