There are a number of sites that give pointers. Monster.com has resume help. Career Builder may also be good.
I have been in a management position for a number of years and have seen all sorts of resumes. The important things are to have it clearly written, use bullet points to describe your previous accomplishments, and above all use spell check.
If you have Microsoft Word you will find resume templates contained in it. They are easy to follow.
