As you are about to find out, I don"t know a lot about computers. I go to this site several times a day, so I would like to get this computer problem fixed. My wife redid the compter by installing new virus protection and starting it up from scratch. My problem is that everything is too large for the screen. Sometime back my computer was running in "safe mode" and it was like this. Don"t remember how I changed it back. Settings for display are Normal--Large---and Extra Large. It is set on Normal.
