I ussually mix it 50/50. Buy a gallon of distilled water and mix it with your gallon of antifreeze. Then you have 2 gallons of mixed.
Of course, the ratio depends on how cold it gets, so that's up to your climate.
For the back tires, that sounds about right. As long as the trwad makes full contact with the ground and doesn't squat too much they're good. I can't say we've ever checked any of our rear tractor tires w/ a guage, just go by eye and sometimes we need to adjust for plowing etc.
You'll be surprised how long those rotten tires will run yet. Unless the tube is showng, run 'em. If any fluid shows up around the valve stem, fix it now or replace the rim later. Guys complain about how corrosive the fluid is, but they never do the prevenative maintnance to save the rim.
