If your boom is 20' wide and you have 12 nozzles, they must be awfully close together(18" or so), you didn't say what brand nozzles but they will need to fan 18" at your boom height. I suspect your sprayer is a wagon, being 200 gal. If you were using an expensive spray you would want to figure your ground speed into the equasion to get the proper coverage but with 2-4d at $8 a gallon put 5 quarts to a tank and make sure you're getting it wet. Use amine, not ester spray if there is a danger of wind drift onto any broadleafs you don't want hurt. Good luck.
