I hate those seat belts, call them killer belts. Had a 18 year old couson killed by a belt when she rolled the pickup she was driving on fresh resurfaced blacktop on a dark rainy night with no lines yet and no berming done. Her belt was fastened and intact and declared in proper working condition yet she was found laying in the field with the marks on her neck where the belt snapped it instantly as she was thrown out of the fastened belt. When her soon to be husband had to sign the acident report in the field that night he saw it was in the hand written report that the officer seen that it caused her death, when later he had to sign the typewritten report it was missing and was told IT IS ILLEAGLE TO PUT ANYTHING IN A REPORT THAT QUESTIONS A SEAT BELT SAFTY. Her sister that was not wearing a belt was also thrown out but just had a broken pelvis and is doing good 20 years later.
