The "LEAK CHECK" is sometimes a BIG JOKE. At the start of heating season, went to a call for a LP gas leak at a local convenience store. I am a responder for the local Vol. Fire Dept. The gas company had came out earlier in the day, did a gas leak check and filled the tank. Go everyone out and started ventilating the building. I had to run one of the locals out, who did not realize what was going on. HE CAME IN THE BUILDING AND LIT A CIGARATE. wonder we did not have a BIG BANG. The next day the supply line to the furnace was check. Where the line came through the floor, it had numerous holes the size of a pencil lead in it. SO MUCH FOR THE LEAK TEST. I think the deliver driver check the leak test on the bill, but did not do the leak test and them fill the tank.
