Well I will try and give you an answer,dont know if its right. They are trying anything they can for an excuse to raise it,war with Israel in Gaza,OPEC cutting production,and so far its not working.The crooked speculators do not have the leverage on the per barrel price because the world is on to their tricks.They are just plain stealing as much as they think they can get away with now.Not even offering an excuse and nobody is asking them for one,except us people that buy fuel.We dont count,and if they told us something it would be a lie probably.Since Bush(Ceo of crooks from the Middle East oil region)is leaving soon,they wanted to get some more while they could.Turns out the Middle East is not the only place that has oil now,but they still have lots,but we quit using a bunch,so they are making up by stealing more from us.Take your pick one of those is probably closer to true than what they will tell you.
