I think it is about double what it's worth. I have a 50X80 USBuilding. Put it up in 2003, took 5 of us 10 days to put it up and then I worked by myself for 2 weeks after work putting the ends in. What are you going to use the building for? I use mine for machinery storage and shop. Awful hard to drive a nail in the side wall to hang a shelf on! If you close it up it will collect moisture and then rain inside when it warms up. Go around and find guys who have a building like that in your area and ask them if they would have another one. I'll bet over 75% will say NO. Like a guy told me after I bought mine, Everyone needs to put one of those up, and you'll NEVER do it again!! Go to USB website and check price of a new one that size. If it has been laying outside for a couple years, you might have issues with water getting between the sheets in the stack and rusting, discoloration issues, missing bolts or pieces. You would probably be better off with one of those canvas hoop buildings for that price. My thoughts. Chris
