On the side that seems to be slipping has oil in the steering clutches. Plug the bottom hole and pour in 5 gallon of kerosene, move it back and forth for 5 minutes pulling and releasing the clutch lever, after doing this for 5 minutes pull the plug in the bottom and drain the kerosene out of the housing, repeat with clean kerosene or let the kerosene set for a day and reuse. You have oil in the steering clutches and they are slipping, either that or your clutches are wore out on that side that is slipping. I have heard of people that put the dozer up against a tree and let that side slip until it burns dry and clean, dont think I would like to do that.
