Hi, Your right side steering discs are wore out or most likly the is a leak in that steering clutch compartment. There is a drain hole in the bottom of the clutch housing on the right side, plug the hole and take off the plate on the rear on the right side and pour in 5 plus gallons of kerosene, move the dozer back and forth for 5 minutes or so and pulling the steering clutch while moving, this will release the disc and get the kerosene in between to clean the oil off of the steering disc and plates. Drain the kerosene out and see if it helps some, if it does repeat the kerosene trick until it works properly. If you let the drained kerosene set over nite , the crud settles to the bottom and you can reuse the kerosene. See if this helps, if not you probably have worn out steering disc on the right side which can be expensive as all thing are..I have heard of guys pushing up against a tree and pulling the opposite lever which would be the left and let the right side slip and burn the oil off the disc, I dont recommend this but could be a quick fix but not good on the steering clutch disc.
