I agree with the operator answer. We have a fella that leaves the throttle pinned when he is running it. It binds up and bucks so much on dry concrete that it nearly throws him out of the darned thing. He actually knocked out one of the lights doing this. Had the thing bucking up and down til it shook it out of the housing. Less throttle, less agressive operation and turning, a little coal/silt/float/slop will make it turn much easier.
I watched the same bobcat operator pick up a bucket of salt to fill the spreader. He failed to level the bucket as he lifted and dumped much of it on his lap. I laughed heartily til the next bucket, he did it again. Then it was kinda not so funny. It corroded and froze the foot pedals, the throttle linkage, seatbelt buckle, etc...
