400 farmall mowing,plowing,grinding feed,anything with a 560 is fun.340 IH Makes a great hay raking tractor,and Ive run neighbors 656 and 1206 IH Tractors which are great.1800,1650,and 2 1850 Olivers along with JD 4010,and 4020 tractors while growing up for light duty right on through all heavy tillage chores We had.Ive still got Dad's 400 Farmall,and his 1850 Oliver Diesel,plus a good VAC Case and of course my 1086 IH.I know the 1086 is newer.I love them also,but I still think '55 to '65 was moving in leaps and bounds especially in horses and hydraulics

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
