had panda and it worked fine until it was time to renew. it wouldn't download properly and had to make a ton of calls to get it right. this happened two years in arow. i inally asked for my money back and switched to avg. then avg didn't worked because couldn't delete panda out of computor. finally had to totaly reload computor to get rid of panda. So far I'm pleased with AVG.
