Unless you are an experienced Deere tech or have more money than most---RUN, don't walk.A good buy in my opinion would $1,000. The knock could be from the hydraulic pump drive since the tractor has hydraulic issues and if caused by the brake pads disentrigation, its possible every hydraulic component would need to be rebuilt.I would want the advice of an experienced Deere tech before buying it as to what the engine knock is.
