It"s a 1997 Chevrolet 3500, 4L80 transmission, 4:11 gears, 454 vortec, limited slip front and rear. I ran for almost a year with the ABS module diconnested and brakes beig like any other non ABS system and they worked fine, then when the first bought of problems after the rebuild and the mech discovered trannie cooler was bypassing coolant/TFluid, he said I needed to have it connected for torque lock up, he was the one that said to disconnect.
