If I was lookin at a 4010 or a 3020 my self I would rather look at a 4020. The 20 series has several mechanical upgrades from a 10 series that make it a little better. Both are good tractors and In my opinion very versatile tractors. Ive never had a 3020 and dont really know much about them but Ive had a 67 4020 diesel for a good while and had a 4010 briefly. But your looking at a 90hp for a 4020 and around 70hp for a 3020 and around 80-90 for a 4010. If your pullin a 12' disk on flat ground 3020 is prolly good. If your ground is hilly Id go for a little more hp. Im not sure how big a no till drill ur usin but Ill tell you if its 12' or bigger a 3020 prolly wont pull it very well cuz I have a smaller great plains I use to sew wheat in water ways in the fall I pull with my 4020 and it pulls good in the flats but isnt happy on hills. I dont do any round bailin but my neighbor uses a 4010 and has no complaints except no cab.
