Three years ago I bought a Case trailor type disc plow, three bottom ?discs, but I have not had a chance to use. This spring my tractor club is going to have a plow day and I thought about taking this disc plow. The ground does not have any stone but one spot in the field has a small knob that can be hard if very dry. Also one part of the field field will have corn stubble and one will have corn stalks as it was picked, not chopped. As I have never even seen a disc plow work, I am wondering how it will do in these coditions. The plow is on steel but has hyraulic lift and the discs are nearly 30" across. I would go get more info on this but right now it is buried in nearly 3' of snow. Thanks for any input on this adventure. I also posted this on the Case site and implement site. Roger
