universal belt driven govenors

Does anybody out there know sources for new or used universal belt driven govenors? Any experience with them? I remember they used to sell them for people who wanted to use car engines to run irrigation pumps. Think they were rather pricey new. I also have seen them used on couple old oddball tractors. And a small, cheap quality, but high priced one was used on old Gravelys.
I want to use a car engine (that I already own) as a stationary engine, but it will need a govenor. Suggestions?
