Not to belabor the point, but once again. How do you define depression as opposed to recession? Based upon history, there are very few parrallels between what we see now and what was seen in the 30's. Yes,unemployment is up, but nowhere near historic proportions. And yes, there are certainly areas that are worse than others. But in the grand scheme of things, as a nation we still live pretty well and really dont know what hard times are.....yet
