At first the guy said it wasn't but later we found out it was. I happen to be with Dad when the guy paid him He wasn't really happy about the whole thing and did not want to pay. This man was a big truck farmer and he a bunch of white trucks. He had a bus that passed our house every day right before dark carrying there laborers home you could hear that thing rattling for miles coming down that dirt road. Ron
