These figures right out of a Goodyear tire book on a Dyna Torque II, rolling Circ. 13.6 X 38 = 184.2", 14.9 X 38 = 186.8", 15.5 X 38 = 189.7" and static loaded radius 13.6 = 28.5", 14.9 = 28.7", & 15.5 = 28.8". I ran duals of 13.6 X 38 against 15.5 X 38 on the tractor and they stood very close to same height.
