The front isn't so easy to raise as I think you'd need different spindles/axle tubes to really raise it much... and you basically don't get that with the 2WD axle on those tractors. You can easily raise the rear up by going to 14.9-28 or 16.9-30, BUT.... in so doing you make a fairly significant change to the rear axle ratios. The 3910 SHOULD have 14.9-28's anyway, but the 30" wheel is a big jump. Those tractors had different transmission output ratios. It'll also be an even more gutless wonder on the road with bigger wheels if you don't change the transmission. It will run like a scalded dog...
