DHL bought out ABX and everything they had except the aircraft which mainly were older 767's that came from Delta Airlines. ABX was a holding company for the aircraft only. I believe that Delta had the maintence contracts on those aircraft. All the major shippers (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL etc.) are all having a rough go at it know since we have quit buying as much china junk.
