no ,why would I want a pay cut? But I know alot of other people that would want it at half that pay. so your point is since I do not want it that they must be paying a "fair amount"? or what it takes to get someone in that job? I guess you feel its ok to have engineers in cities and states with outrageous salaries only to hire consultants at outrageous prices to do their jobs.
