You make that point excellently in stating that atheism is a religion because it reacts to religion.
Your post is an excellent example of exercising the three above-stated freedoms: your freedom of religion as you react to religion, your freedom of speech and your freedom of the press (religious speech and press, in particular). Your beliefs were not placed under house-arrest (your house/clubhouse/church-house) but you were allowed to put them out there in the public square for everyone in the whole world...and I suspect you would like to keep it that way.
