I have a neighbor woman that has a shop, making them. No, I never stopped to ask what she charges. Totally uninterested.
As for the Chew Mail Pouch tobacco ads.....they are fast disappearing. Some folks have taken it on themselves to restore a few.
I always figured the quilt pattern idea was brought down this way from the Amish country but then again those bright colors might offend the Amisher"s zeal for black and white.
