To bad wind and solar power are not constant power supplies.
The gas, coal, nuclear, and hydro power companies still need to be able to produce 100% of our power cause the weather cannot be predicted. While the windmills are turning they are saving coal and gas but they do not turn all the time. Same goes for solar, it is not a constant supply.
If we do not allow more power plants to be built we will be in trouble sometime in the next 30 years. Our population is out growing our constant power supply.
