I think everybody should look back farther in history. My understanding is all models for farm investment only go back to the 1950's. If you look at depressions of the late 1800's, 1919, etc,you will see a tremendous transfer of wealth from rural ammerica to the Wall Street Bankers. The same thing is happening today under our noses. The result will be lower commodity prices, land prices, and machinery prices. In about 2+ years the rural wealth destruction will be enormous. Then the cycle will reverse for those that can survive.
